@@albertyang1145 $6 Million THERE? I doubt that very much. It's on the wrong side of one of the main roads going from north to south. Too far north of Peregian Village to reach a premium like that. If it was Sunshine Beach I might believe it but not on that road at the bottom of a hill where its so hot.

Better than. It’s more minimalist, and has more sophisticated finishing regarding the clean lines. But it’s the same house-on-the-hill format. The houses in Beverly Hills are only just now starting implement the minimalist kitchens you find in modern Australian or European homes.
