Despite starting out on the original 26 inch fat bike wheel size, I've ridden the 27.5 fat wheel platform exclusively for nearly 5 years now. Whether it was based on what people (aka marketing teams) said or the overall taller diameter, I was a full adopter of the platform and thought I'd never look back. But I've recently ridden a few fat bikes with 26" tires and I have to admit...maybe 27.5 wasn't the right move for me. In this video, I go for a ride on my RSD Mayor and talk about how I'm feeling about the fat wheel sizes being offered these days.
