@@Ferflzevery anniversary, identity v has an anniversary box (referred to as offline package) that you can buy which comes with normally some truth and inference related merch but also a code that you can redeem for an exclusive skin and accessory. you can only buy or pre-order them a few months before the anniversary

​​​@@Ferflz they release offline packages every year for anniversary that contains a limited skin code that u can only get by buying that package. Those skins never be released in the essence or ingame shop. Basically making those skins the rarest out of any limited skins. For example the first ever offline package was for Merc so if anyone still has that code it's worth thousands of dollars now like for that single skin (yes people buy it). That's just for the code tho if it's an account it won't go that high. It usually cost 100-300$ for the package if u buy it directly from NetEase.
