❤ lovely little place, just perfect for this little old lady that likes to be away from people. I like watching people but don't like living with them,lol to me people are entertainment. Only problem loft railings my dam opinion right up to ceiling. Thick enough metal sheet to make wall. If affordable flexible Solar Panels on top over roof. Kerry Nature Center,RedDeer, Alberta Canada have flexible Solar Panels on roof to my knowledge

And Raise the Outer Walls a few feet so you don't have to keep Crouching to not hit you head at the top of the stairs. If you are Under 5ft Fine.. But I am just over 6ft and have a Bad Back..

The only thing that I could add to this is perhaps the stairs need railings. I couldn't see properly on either side whether there was something to hold onto should someone lose footing on one of the stairs. They are narrow, and that could be a hindrance if the person is overweight as well. Other than that it is a sweet little place. Not sure I would position the building right to the border of the property though. I would have it a little closer in and perhaps put a carport on should someone want to get to the place via a car. There is enough room to add a patio at the back - even make an extension on the back as a laundry room and the washing machine could go in there giving some additional room to the small kitchen. Also people like to have laundry troughs and linen presses in a laundry as well so it is more of a convenience factor should a person have a dog perhaps and need to bath it and do small laundry items in the trough etc. That kitchen being so small I would use the washing machine area for added cupboard space for a pantry. Otherwise I really like it.

The glass is easy to clean. I have a window over my sink and artwork protected by glass as a backsplash behind my stove and I don't think it's any harder to keep them clean than any other surface.
