I love this place! I have nothing holding me down in Texas (except for my deep and abiding love for my beloved home state), so I've been putting out feelers for what's available in other parts of the country. I've watched about 50 of these Florida homes, and this is the one that knocked me over! It's not overly grand, it maintains its coziness, and is the perfect size for me and my little dog. Hmmmmm..... However, one thing that's hard for me to accept is that there are no privacy fences in these kinds of communities. Not sure I can deal with that. 🤔

There is almost no crime in this park, mostly small property thefts if anything. Avon park does have a few bad crime areas, but downtown is very nice and friendly.
