At first it appeared staged but then you can see that clearly a family is living here. One question though is why have the kitchen counter seating right beside the kitchen table seating which is very close to the dining area seating. We see that a lot these days and it's certainly convenient to be near where the food is prepared, but a separate dining room would make using it more special.
