I've done at least two refueling videos in the past. The problem is most of the time, I refuel first thing in the morning, so I don't have the time to get set up for it. The two that I recall shooting just happened to be done after a trip when my equipment was already set up, so not necessarily edited out as much as it is not even recording it.

companies that provide tripacs, for company trucks, wish the ones i'd driven for had provided those, would of saved me a lot of money from having to idle during winter at truck stops that didn't have "Idle Aire" installed.

I'm a bit scared that Blues key worked on that truck I hope that that's not the same for every t680 I think it may be a company thing but I would watch out you'll be in a truck stop and one of your fellow drivers will open your door

That's strange. They have the APU and the trailer hookups reversed. So they driver will have to reach across to hook up the trailer each time, since they are usually on the driver side. They also blocked some of the controls with the PeopleNet. I wonder if reaching over top to get at the switches would be best?

well the reason the apu is road side is simple. you. stand curbside to get your chains and things out of the frame box .it's safer.I sleep with my head att the passenger side anyway.the door that gets broke into the most is the drivers door so you see them coming sooner.

I like Baby Blue better, + it has a wood grain dash, and where else can you get a tractor with purebred rattles LOL Red is a Cummings engine? I was with you here before as I remember Baby Blue's key fitting. U made a good decision going to ADL, over all it's better for you. To despite what you told Miss Blue, you are changing trucks LOL..

Man they actually give you guys 2 seats in your trucks? I remember back in Saipan when my dad got assigned to a new truck, He had a brand new 97 Ford Louisville semi truck (Day cab) but only had one Seat in it! lol

What's unusual is they put the electrical and air lines on the right side, but on some trailers, the connections are actually on the left side rather than the middle of the trailer. How you're going to connect them, I have no idea.

Yes, good catch Kevin! It doesn't make sense because now you have to go to the passenger side for drop and hooks etc. Also the tripac on the passenger side keeps it out of the way for sound as most drivers seem to sleep with their head on the drivers side of the bunk. The way the tripac is on this one it will be right by your head.

Well, you would have had to go to that side anyway for a drop and hook since the crank handle for the trailer is mostly on that side, with the exception of a few older trailers that have it on the Captain's side. But it's just unusual that you'd have to throw the line across to the other side on some of the older trailers. It's really inconvenient, though, for some shippers and receivers that only want you to disconnect the red air line, but not actually completely drop the trailer.
