Thanks Fred. you are totally right, I definitely need to cut down on plane travel this year. it’s a tricky trade-off when your profession requires you to travel but I’m trying to do better.

@@Ross-Fulkerson as long as you see it as a tricky trade-off it is fine :) stay open to those critical thoughts of yours. climbing is close to being the single most important thing on the planet :D but being an empathetic caring person is even more important.
