I try to increase my walking steps on a daily basis and plan to join gym after the weight drop a bit further. Personally, addiction to food and eating to comfort my own feelings derived from some childhood issues that need to be addressed.

Problem with women nowadays is that they want men who already built his life and act like they have some merit about it. My uncle’s friend (Hispanic) is married to this lady, she met his husband when he was a “trash collector” she gave him stability. This man saved money and started his own cleaning company, this woman had to work by his side for a long time. Now she’s married with a man she loves and raise his children in a 500k house without having to go to work. Moral of the story: Relationships are hard work

well science disagrees, it takes 3 years for all the chemicals in the brain to calm down after dating someone new. The theory as to why this happens is, it takes 9 months for a child to be born and the child needs to nurtured by the parents, so once the child is 2 years or so..apparently the chemicals in the brain drop back down to baseline levels and you start seeing the flaws in your partner that you ignored at the beginning due to being in "love" Thats why you see a lot of couples break up around the 3 year mark.
