How many hours did this take? I like your process. The muffler straps may have not rusted but how did you determine that they did rust? Excellent work.

Thank you for visiting and for your questions. The production time was about 1 week, 10 hours a day. I determined that the muffler strap would deteriorate and rust due to the heat from the exhaust.

Thank you for your comment. I think it's probably the difference between the early model and the late model. The gun barrel was made from Tamiya's kit.
