I think you might be asking the audit note. Audit notes are added by the OOTB if work object is created or when the assignment is transferred to a operator or when sla agents executes. This audit will be added to the respective history classes. We can also add our custom audit notes by the activity method history-add or Addhistory activity.

Hi Mam, for pega developers only pega related knowledge is suufficient or else we have to be good at programming also. Like in Interviews programing DSA questions will not be asked right Mam ?

Hi Monika, that also depends on the type of company you are interviewing for. Most product based companies will want you to be good at some other programming language along with Pega. Service based companies do not generally ask for anything else other than Pega related stuffs. So would advice you to have grasp on some other programming language as well.
