Seconded for MURS, Atmosphere/Slug/Seven, Brother Ali (so talented), Eyedea (genius freestyler and overall artist R.I.P.). I grew up in the Twin Cities and Rhymesayers crew had some very talented and overlooked hip hop/rappers. Mac was part of the crew at one time. Maybe react to Brother Ali on Sway. That's a great an example of a rapper that honed their skills with the Rhymesayers crew. What he was dropping over a decade ago is so relevant to what's going on in the U.S. today, look up Brother Ali 'Uncle Sam Goddamn' and you'll see what I mean. Be prepared, that track will hit hard.
