27 years since the SAA boeing 747, Helderberg disappeared

Today marks exactly 27 years since one of the most horrific air crashes in South African History. In 1987,an SAA boeing 747 - the Helderberg - disappeared off radar screens. The plane crashed, killing all on board. To date, questions still linger around the cause of the accident.
