So FME asked about the weekend, mine was so packed with birthday parties and other events, wasn't able to watch this until Monday afternoon (ET). I went to look in my Amazon orders and I see I purchased the Pikachu and Zekrom box in late July, 2022 for $51 and change (U.S.), including tax. Suffice to say, it's more now. I *think* I was able to get another one at Gamestop for about $40, but no record of that. No notable hits that I recall. The Blaziken in this video was certainly the tease! And glad you mentioned Fusion Strike, the set we want to complete. Pulled the Espeon in late northern hemisphere summer 2022. Let's just say the Gengar has been acquired (well before the price surge) and will be revealed to the fam tomorrow, along with the Mews! Last year we opened a booster box (purchased at retail from Pokemon Center, which was high at the time), but those days are done, alas. We also have some packs to open, so we'll see what we need when all is said and done. Because I've rambled so much and am now lazy, will guess Charizard. :)

Sorry for the late response super challenging with the traveling currently 😥 That sounds like an action packed weekend, I feel like it’s the norm once you have kids hey! Haha They were so much cheaper back then. Blaziken was such a tease! Fusion is such a cool set so many amazing artworks. Oh I bet the family were stoked when you revealed that bad boy! Hopefully some good pulls came from the additional packs! 🙌🙌🙌

@@foundmyexit 14 packs. Bombed! We got one V and the Gengar Vmax regular art, which we already had. That's all. But yeah the reveal went great. So glad I picked up the alt arts back at the start of the year. The only alt art we're missing now is Celebi. I think they all cost way more, but that one is still reasonably priced. School is out as of *today*, and I am on holiday, so we're gonna log the new additions in Pokecollector and see what's missing. Good luck with the work/life/Poketuber balance, it's crazy! Hope it calms down some.

These are great boxes. I was actually rooting for the Zard box to win but dang, that thing was a disappointment. FAs on parade today, man! As much as I love them (they're extremely undervalued for how difficult they are to pull), they can crush your hopes when ripping any alt art set. Hope you at least needed some of those for the binder. That helps take the sting out a bit. Flower Frog Boi Venusaur is my guess for today.

Nice try, I haven’t seen anyone get anything amazing lately evolving skies. Overall that wasn’t bad at all. With Pokémon center coming to Australia and New Zealand you should be able to save money on shipping of some things now. At least in stock items or packages with harder to find packs etc. Like you were saying also, buying box sets in bulk for loose packs selections can be a way to get deals also. I know I look at the packs in everything before I buy to pick the best value for my dollar. Brother we all go on spending spree’s. Probably more frequently than should but is fun and satisfying to get that next package in the mail and see what it is and how it looks. Well, I’ll try guessing magicarp this time since it is a chase card we both are after. I’m starting a paldean fates booster. Bundle display today though, so no magicarp I’m chasing there. I hope everything goes smoothly for you and the family this week. Safe travels brother.

Evolving skies is such a cruel mistress. All in all it was ok with a steady amount of full arts teasing that full art potential. Super keen to see what the Pokemon center coming to AU/NZ brings price and availability wise. I’m the same always keeping an eye out for products with good pack selection for a good price. Yep spending sprees come about far more then they should hahah. Always a good feeling when you get that delivery. Nice paldean fates, let me know how you go with hits!
