the thinking was to allow more time to build up those charges. someone just asked about clock so maybe using clock is better to speed up building up the charges.

​​@@momoroyaleattack speed affects the Crystal Generation Rate, so Boreas Talent: Sleep Arrows, Clock of Power, and Hunter's Jacket are extremely useful for supporting Crystalmancer. You can also use Stasis for more stall so you can let him generate extra crystals
