Sorry for the super late response! I got them at my local bird store! I would not buy online! Often they are broken or the shipping is $$ ! The store is called „chirping friends“ but I am in Michigan!

Ich würde empfehlen das die Voliere mindestens 1 m breit und tief ist die Höhe ist nicht so wichtig!

Hello Please help me, Please. I came to my bird in the morning and i saw that eat had been bleeding from the wing, i think it was a blood feather broken because on further inspection i see that my cockatiels flight feathers has all fallen out. Ive come to the conclusion that there must have been some noise that made my bird scared causing her to fly in her cage and since no one had been there to stop it it must have gone a long time for her to stop flying. But my question is, why has all her flight feathers fallen out? She can’t fly now and im so scared for her? Should i take her to a vet, Please helå

Of course if you are able to take her to the vet that is always the best thing to do! Birds have the ability to drop their feathers if they get scared for their life! They will grow back in but can take a while! Bloodfeathers can be scary and you do need to be watchful that it stops bleeding! If it stopped bleeding and the bird is otherwise behaving normal (eating, drinking not sleeping too much and is playing) then I would give it a few days of observation. Again going to the vet is always a good Idea some birds get super stressed at the vet so it is your decision. Keep me updated 😊

I did some further research and found your video on somebody asking why my birds tail is falling out and it made me calmer, my bird is otherwise fine I would say, she is eating and drinking. Although it seemed like she has figured out she can’t fly and sits around a bit more Than usual, then leading her to close her eyes. Is that something I should be worried about? Thank u for responding!

It might be painful! If she sleeps excessively I would worry but if it’s just a little more right now I think it’s ok. Just keep a close eye on her eating and drinking

Diese Tiere sind hochintelligent und sehr sensibel! Sie sind kein Spielzeug! Am besten ist es einem Papagei aus dem Tierheim zu holen oder vom Züchter ! Nicht online
