I’m Jamaican my husband is American so don’t always love the same kind of food 😂the other day I cooked some chicken feet soup.I will never forget the look on his face when I tried offering him a bowl 😂😂😂he was like get that away from me I don’t want any of your CHICKEN FEET I’m still laughing. Jamaican love chicken feet cow feet pig feet so delicious 😂

Your videos, especially the cooking ones have greatly influenced our diet! Over the last year I was able to put my type 2 diabetes in remission and my husbands high blood pressure is now manageable without all his old meds!!! A GREAT BIG THANK YOU for sharing the food in your videos! I do have a question. How long have you been eating healthy? Has it been a lifetime endeavor or something you two started for a reason? I also notice the stainless steel cookware which is the healthiest option. Also we just bought the Costco stainless cookware that is on sale this month for my husbands Christmas gift. But I am sincerely interested in when and why you both decided on eating healthy. I think it’s wonderful that you are inspiring us to try healthy options! Your green smoothie was the first thing I tried…and loved! Much appreciation!!!

I love watching you clean and cook. I was wondering what your day job is if you have one. Also have you thought about roasting the mushrooms before adding them to the soup? It enhances the flavor and gives them a meaty texture. Don't worry if the look a little dried out they will rehydrate a bit in the soup. Anywho until next time.

A zone is any area or room that I can clean from top to bottom in about an hour. It could be several rooms or just one. It depends on how big and how much stuff is in the room. For me each room is a separate zone. The Fly Lady has great app you can follow and customize. Thank you so much 😊

Let’s go back to that roasted garlic! Do you roast the whole head…then freeze it? Then just let it thaw before adding to your dish?

Yes exactly!. Cut the top off a head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil and bake 400F for about 45 minutes. Should be golden brown and bubbly. I make a large batch in a casserole dish. 😋
