A challenge for you A 12.6 x 60 ft house plan North facing Back side half open in left looking from front. Ground floor whole hall/Parking area going 4 ft downwards from road. Staircase from back side. First floor shop with front stairs. On second floor and above. 3 bhk. At least two rooms should be larger.
