Be careful with some of these. Firstly constant use of soda and acids on the teeth like lemon can ware out the enamel and damage your teeth or make them brittle. I was advised when using the charcoal to brush your teeth with your regular toothpaste preferably an enamel repairing one :) Also never put tin foil on your teeth use cling film if you must or a gum shield. Tin foil if you have fillings is the main issue it acts like a conductor in your mouth quite possibly the worst pain ever! So just be a bit careful with some of them look into it before you try it for safety :)

I don't know much about teeth but definitely don't use cola, lemon, soda, a lot of toothpaste with fluoride or any other acid because it can damage your teeth and gums! Next I don't recommend chewing gums with added sugar, taste and filling. And also don't use spoons to remove the coating from your tongle! There are special tool for it.
