You should add memory swipe for a quick hack! saw here that if you use it before any other stuff than nothing will trace you + can be useful when you want to play stealthy and someone aggroed on when you weren't planning to.

Because 1) He has most if not all NCPD registered as contacts in his system and even those he might not have, would have an identifier on the call marking it as NCPD, and 2) he is persona non-grata right now so cops would not likely be wasting time calling him. And 3) most people don't even know he was involved (something that only NCPD and also Holdt's security would know) and would instead be reaching out to NCPD Public Relations for info. No, this is not Los Angeles but where Morro Bay currently is. Los Angeles is about a 3-5 hour drive south of here. Not sure of the details, but very likely the original Hollywood was destroyed, either through warfare, radiation from the fallout, one of the many plagues that hit the world in that timeline, or through rioting, but has since been rebuilt. Edgerunners are anyone and everyone who lives on the edge, both of the law and edge of life. So Mercs/Solos are Edgerunners. Netrunners who don't work for Corps or Government are Edgerunners. Ripperdocs who don't keep up their license and follow government/corpo medical regulations are Edgerunners. Techies who build robots out of stolen parts... And so on. Gang members are generally not considered Edgerunners as what makes an edgerunnner is one who stays at and skirts around the edge of what is legal and illegal, while gangs generally stay on the far side and occasionally stray close to the legal line but generally stay away from it. River does not seem to be the type of person to break confidentiality. And River was working with Han. Could it be that Han leaked out CI info last time? Han seems to be the type of person who follows all orders from above including give CI info if asked. And if higher ups were actually involved with group affected by CI giving River and Han info that would explain how CI got punished? While it is a good idea to consider all possiblities, when you discuss unlikely or somewhat convoluted possibilities that you have not yet seen as a matter of fact, it can make you seem a little tin foil capped. When they are talking Card, they are not talking about a physical item like a credit card, they are talking about the chipset tracker, the one that on Sandra was disabled by a virus. In his case, he had it manually turned off while he was here, basically like turning off permissions to track location. There is likely a mod that removes the names above the heads. Holt is also involved with the same company that does the Peralez Security.

That totally makes sense! The Oak Wood Sign just has Hollywood hills vibes that made me think it was LA. Of course! Thanks for clearing that up. I like the Han theory. Makes me feel better about RIver. lol yup yup. Ah ok, I was thinking like Health Insurance card. So for privacy reasons they let you turn it off. I need this mod!
