As we read through 1 Thessalonians 2, we see how persecution comes when we stand for our faith. We also read how Paul teaches us that “the Lord tests our hearts,” not so He can figure out what’s in there, but for us to know what’s in our hearts.
The authenticity of our walk is measured by the condition of our hearts.
