280+ knot speeds, 23,000 feet in a Twin Cessna 340A... I can get used to this!

Thank you for the kind comments. Such an amazing machine. These Twin Cessnas are way more accessible in terms of cost than turbine singles with not much of a trade in performance for my missions (pressurized, cabin class and amazing speeds), and way more capable than new single pistons... it's too good not to share the love.

It's a great airplane. Had a Baron before this and no regrets about the 340A. Maintenance will cost you but it is an awesome platform.

Okay, I own a 340 ... why would you fly 1600 nm to get an annual done? There has to be a qualified shop in Ontario.

I had a prop overhaul to be done as well, and shops here were taking too long; I’d be down for over five weeks, while in Alberta it took less than three weeks (and the shop was familiar with the plane from prior annuals)
