How to change the temperature unit: Steps: 1. On boot (fast press) three times H button (side button) -> (you have to do it before you see CAL on screen), to enter manual calibration mode. 2. Afterwards (short press) multiple times power button until you reach temperature settings. 3. Then (short press) sel / in-rush to toggle between C and F measuring units, and you can also calibrate (increase / decrease) temperature value by (short pressing) min/max and H buttons. 4. Once you are done, (long press (few secs)) power button, until device turns off 5. Turn the device on again.

Ok I just ordered the KC602 as I love the display and no back light needed. Will check it out and see how it preforms. Price is good. Thanks for sharing.

Nice video demonstration I wish you could have done some inrush test. That is a new feature that would be a reason to buy it.

I was reminded when they started changing to the digital displays on multimeters, I could not get use to not having the needle swing up when testing. I didn't like the new digital multimeters! I still have a few of my old meters (Sperry, Micronta) and use them. This looks to be a good meter for general use. Many functions in one package. Thank you for the review!

The analog needle types are better in some situations where you need to see either a peak or null in the measurement while adjusting a potentiometer plus some digital meters do not display the value fast enough to be useful in those situations. You can still buy new analog meters by the way and they aren't very expensive. I have the Tekpower TP8250 and the Tekpower TP203 (Which is an ammeter only) and am very happy with those.

I have the older meter at your recommendation. Maybe in a few years I'll upgrade. Thnx 😊

I like this, and I will definately buy one myself. But one question: What is "ghost voltage"? A ghost with a power supply ? 😂 I have never heard that before, so I hope you, or another can explain. 73 LB5JG
@TRXLab8 ай бұрын
Sometimes you find a voltage reading on your power line as long you test it with a high impedance meter such as 10MOhm, but if you connect a low Z meter this so-called ghost voltage collapse.

Goodoo! Nice color meter with obsolete Fahrenheit. I purchased many Kaiweets, each for different measurements. Yours would fail in many ways: If science wants a dual temperature scale it would primary by default be a Kelvin scale with Centigrade as secondary option. Of course they could make a Napoleon version that shows the temperature in Reaumur. My grandfather had what they called Vorfenster for winter and they had such a thermometer attached. I also have the HT206 in A and D versions. I use inrush all the time as well as low Z.

Both have, as said in the video, their pros and cons. Both are not bad so it is up to you and your needs.
