Hi! It’s priced without Lakeview. Lakeview properties here are much more expensive than this one. There’s quite a bit of development going on in this area, so nothing is ever guaranteed. However, I actually had the listing and the buyer 2 years ago. The previous owner had it for 13 years and that was her concern as well when she purchased. The current owner also had that concern. A very common thing that happens in Mexico is property gets willed down to descendants and the descendants can’t do much with it due to lack of money. Selling the lot would also be a headache as most of the time the back taxes are worth as much or more than the land is worth. That is the case with this land, so the chances of that lot ever being built on are slim to none. Essentially, the Lakeview is free :)

If I would be interred in that house, I would look into buying the lot behind it to add a pool.

The development that this listing and the lot are in, tried to purchase it a while back, but the owners (several siblings) never really gave a straight answer and are, apparently, a little difficult to get a hold of. I'll see what I can find out, would be good information to add to this thread.
