Absolutely Beautiful and Charming. I don't know Burrows & Badgers, but I love Redwall and The Wind in the Willows, so this reminds me so much of it. These terrain pieces are magical and I can tell how much love you poured into creating them. Fantastic.

Amazing buildings, including the interiors. I love the way you have achieved balance between playability and narative; enough detail without clutter.

Thanks Bruce - I am really pleased to see you working through my back catalogue. I have had so much fun making B&B models. Interior detailing is such a fine balance thing. Especially with B&B as the bases of the figures can be so big. Plenty more to watch. Enjoy!

These are so beautiful. I love the details like the pull down store front and the various courtyards. The garden is beautiful also, and certainly not cheating! It adds immersion for sure. I love the one at 8-9 minutes in with the raised courtyard.

I am really pleased you are spending your weekend watching my back catalogue. It makes me smile when folk go back and watch these early videos. I love this set of buildings I am glad you like them too:0)

I think what I like most about this is that it is properly old school in approach. Everything looks great and you can see newer techniques on display, but the primary aim is clearly playability and immersion - rather than trying to just make something that photographs well. I love the artsy fartsy side of things, but primarily many of us are trying to make gaming pieces and these are just really high quality examples of that. I'm loving the channel and congrats on being at nearly 3k subs in such a short time.

Are you calling me old? :0) Thanks, yes i think that sums up my attitude to the hobby. I want to play games on a great looking table, and I want others to want to as well.

My word - they’re beautiful! Makes me want to go grab some foam board and me cutting mat! Great stuff, T. R.

I love the garden you made. But everything in this video is awesome.

Thank you. The garden works really well as piece of scenery as it provides obstacles and cover, but doesn't block line of sight like a building. It takes up a nice space on the board and was much quicker than making another house:0)

Impressive work Tim👏👏🙂 Looking to create some small scale buildings of my own for a new project - using foam, card etc...& find your creations are excellent!! Mine will be a village in Western Europe during WW2, but your mystical buildings are very well done. And then even the extra work on your interiors too.... Great stuff 🔝🙂👍

Thank you. European buildings may be a little more straight forward and lots of fun. I am delighted you want to scratch buil. Som many folk go for laser cut MDF these days. Although getting precut windows and similar features will help you out no end. Good luck:0)

Looks awesome. I especially like the rooms of your buildings.

Thank you. Interiors are always a tricky balance between detail and space for models. You need enough detail to build a narrative for the model, but not too much that it prevents actually playing with them.

Hi David. Thanks for your comment. - Yes tutorials coming. In fact the first part of a B&B bakery build is now up and part two - the roof is coming very soon as well. When that is done I will be moving on to a a watermill for my marsh scenery.
