29 Card PSA Submission Reveal - Is it worth $19 a card?

29 Card PSA Submission Reveal from PSA. I submitted the cards December 31st 2022 and got them back February 15th 2023. Could have taken up to 90 days but got them back in less than 2 months! Not bad for PSA.
Really happy with the results. 14 Gem Mint 10's!
Only bummed over the 2020 Justin Herbert Prizm Silver that got an 8. I thought it looked pretty clean.

You definitely need to focus more on centering. I would have given that Mac Jones holo a pre grade of an 8 based on centering alone. Your silver Herbie is left and top heavy, I could go on about every card on why it graded the way it did based on centering alone. Of course we can't determine surface issues to accompany the centering.

Congrats! The Rodgers and Herbert 8’s look off centered top to bottom IMO. I’ve graded a lot of these across sports and the instinct is to check left right centering but top bottom on those is key, too.

when cards were 10$ and 12$ to grade, the @20$ card sale was still a great option. AT !9$+ = 22$ to grade .....With an EBay sale at 30$, which costs a Buyer almost $40 , a Seller breaks even maybe on Ebay . The business has been "SUCKED OUT" of the hobby by the grading companies. THX alot

I have herbert prizm black silver psa 9 optic base psa 9, love all these cards man! But the herbert prizm silver is off centered , and edges are very rough. Keep good content coming!

The only thing on that 8 Herbert was it was off cut to the left. I am not sure that you could get a 9 but maybe . I cant seem to stop buying cards to have money to send cards off! I need to be more disciplined.

in my opinion that Justin Herbert definately off center on front. It also looked like it might have slight ding or soft corner on back lower right. if that is the case automatic 8 based on corner.

Herbert is OC L to R a little and badly T to B so they probably got you for that and the edge wear on the back. Great sub and video though. Congrats on the hits!

Some of the cards you sent were off centered, the Rodgers is very skinny on bottom and thick on top. Also the Herbert centering is off quit a bit, too is very skinny and bottom is very thick. The centering plays a huge part in how they grade a card. It can have 0 scratches and 0 soft corners and nothing else wrong with it but if the centering is that much off, they’ll give it an 8 usually.

Edit: how the hell did you get a 10 on that die cut Brady!? The centering on the back was horrible. That’s what makes me question how these guys grade. I’ve seen too many questionable grades 😂

Most die cuts are very off centered on the back you will rarely see a die cut perfectly centered

Criminals run the gradeing industry whos to say they dont purposely damage a certain card to keep the pop down or swap your 10 with an 8 ill keep my raw cards.

You pay $19 a card to be graded and they take forever.... they are crazy!!!! Should be $5 to grade the amount of cards they getting.... anyone seen how they grade cars????

The Herbert is off centered top to bottom so I don’t think you should send it to any other place or it might get the same grade or worse I would just crack it and have it raw if I were you or keel it psa 8

Rule number 1 never submit thick cards to psa. Better off bgs or sgc for thick cards they grade better. Psa hold value higher and stick to higher prices to get profits back due to resubmitting over and over due to non consistent grading .
