This is great - I needed a refresher and these are always hard to get my head around. I would love if someone goes further and explains the "envfit" function because I've seen it used in different ways, which confuses me.

this is very good. Only thing, the jump from the user defined distance mtx to the ordination space (around 2:30) could be further explained, since there lies the core of the algorithm itself.

What if our biological data is percent cover of the species instead of the abundance of those species? May I assume that we can still use Non-metric Multidimensional scaling analysis?
