I'm gonna have to disagree on dried kelp being useless. It's a super easy infinite fuel source, since one dried kelp block smelts more than nine items, you can constantly be smelting kelp and then transfer the extras to any other furnace.
@beautifulnova6088
@beautifulnova6088 2 жыл бұрын
But you have to manually craft every kelp block. For truly fully automatic fuel there's bamboo or carpets, and even a simple lava farm will easily have you set for weeks after just a couple hours afk.
@ClonedGamer001
@ClonedGamer001 2 жыл бұрын
@@beautifulnova6088 I didn't say automatic. I said easy. Setting up a simple pool to grow kelp in, which you can then harvest, is much easier than an automatic farm. Especially because bamboo is harder to come by than kelp, and depending on the farm you use, the amount of redstone that you would need to gather can get quite high.

Dried kelp block smelt 20 items

This is late but I found that kelp is a very sufficient food source considering that after smelting 9 kelp into its dried variant, rather than eating it you can craft it into a dried kelp block and use it as fuel in your furnaces. So basically you can make a ton of food easily with a cheap process by smelting kelp with kelp and eating the leftovers.

Dried kelp blocks are great, while you can use them for building purposes like shown here, they're also a great fuel source. They can be farmed very easily and a block of dried kelp smelts 20 items, once you have dried kelp blocks you can use them to smelt more kelp. I usually have a small kelp farm in my survival worlds to avoid having to mine coal over and over.

@Devilot109
@Devilot109 2 жыл бұрын
Dried Kelp is also an extremely efficient fuel source if you're smelting less than an entire stack at once -- it beats the heck out of charcoal as far as renewable fuel goes, though it's a ways from Lava buckets now that they're renewable. (Though you *can*, say, use lava buckets to smelt dried kelp and make that into blocks, which lets you smelt more than you could with a lava bucket alone by a decent margin... though the time required may not be worth it.)

My personal favorite; recycle green dye from xp-furnaces by trading them with a shepherd (lime dye on apprentice level, and/or green/cyan dye as an expert). I usually select for the lime dye trade, and whatever if any additional trades get added are considered a bonus.

Here's a building tip! Put glow lichen on top of amethyst for a magical house helper or a path builder! A path pattern I like to use is my special amethyst, coarse dirt, podzol, and gravel! Also I sometimes use for things like beaches: cobbled/normal deepslate, cobblestone, gravel, and maybe glow lichen. Hope this helps!

Another good painting trick is to place it on an iron door with a iron pressure plate connected to it, also behind the painting. Then simply throw an item threw the painting onto the trapdoor so that the door open. When you then walk through you can collect your item so that the door closes. To gwt out jist do the same but from the other sife. You can also collect your items from both sides.

Honestly, I like to disarm the pillagers for use in large structures too. They don't go off the same cycles as villagers, which makes them more much more fluidly throughout something like a colossal factory to give it life. And hey, their flannel colored clothing already matches the palette of a saw mill!

Dragon eggs should hatch dragons that you can fly on. To not nullify elytra make it so there slow and not good for traversal, this would mean that the main function of the dragon would have to be helping you in fights against mobs, it would be too op if it was actually like the ender dragon so maybe they could just be weaker ender dragon babies and you would have to take them back to the end once they become an adult or they die. Would be cool to have an awesome pet like a dragon in Minecraft.

Useful Fun fact: If you find a zombie with enchanted armour you would like without losing all its durability, Lead it to a source of water thats deeper than 3 blocks, and run away, if you give it a minute or 2, When you go back, the zombie becomes a drowned and drops the armour, you'll get the armour but if you didnt hit it, you'll get the armour in its full durability. Try it.
