tip for harps in your backbend you want to put your head back first and keep your arms by your ears and look at your hands the whole time and tip for hayden you can lean over your hands while in your backbend if that makes sense and its a whole lot easier to kickover!! 💗

That Pilates instructor sounds like a nightmare 😨 I’m sorry! If you are paying for a membership why does it matter if you are on time? They still get your money every month 🤨 and if there is still a machine open for you when you get there I don’t see it as a problem. It causes more of a scene for her to come kick you out then for you to sneak in a few mins late.

Alysa sounds like that instructor is jealous of you. Instead of paying for these classes. And give them your time money and gracing them with your beautiful aura. I would buy a Pilates machine and get the app to workout at home. You’re a beautiful person inside and out. I would not go somewhere that makes me feel uncomfortable. Just my honest opinion. Hope I didn’t offend anyone. I hate seeing people whom have done nothing wrong being treated poorly. You definitely do not deserve that. Love your family. Y’all make my days better.
