I agree, totally...I grew up in a farm house, built originally in 1876..this place has a HUGE front yard, and even a private backyard with pool and shuffleboard, BBQ AREA, ETC...I loved climbing trees and just playing outside..then Nintendo came , and unfortunately no one seen me in years , I was even on a milk carton.. 😂😂 😂😆😆.. we had a private entrance, with trees blocking all the view from the road. PEACEFUL! SO Ever since,bi always had a place with some space in my yard!! You can have a monster home with every immenity you can think of..but personally,bi think it's Such a waste..how often are any of those large rooms going to be used? Having some space for whatever reason you choose , is far bette..in my Humble opinion!! .

They had a sale sign up in the yard even before the murder happend. You can see it on the cops body cam. It's so sad for them that they will have to take a huge hit on this home. They never even sold it. It's off the market right now. I think they figured to wait until the dust settled. I live in the suburbs of chicago...people keep saying how expensive Colorado is...but the taxes here on these houses is less than half of what we pay. Our taxes are 10k! Don't always believe mainstream media. Evidence shows nobody died in that house. Unfortunately the CW case had to be closed down and swept under the carpet at lightning speed without a proper trial so we may never find out what truly happened. You cannot ever believe a word CW says as he could tell you something entirely different seconds later whichever way the wind blows. My point was all about property values and steps you can take to improve the chances of selling your home.They obviously know the house next door is vacant, doing what you can to make the neighborhood look appealing improves the odds. I will not discuss the Watts case,it’s a closed case & it’s pointless. As someone who rehabs properties for sale, I would attempt some basic landscaping to the vacant property to improve my ability to sell for top pricing.

Sadly on Zillow there are many homes on Saratoga Trail listed. The community needs to fence it in and make it a gated community. Police should literally stake the neighborhood out constantly to arrest or warn trespassers. A full gate around the neighborhood would ruin the views of the mountains and the quaint neighborhood feel that was once there.
