Finn's back! Was wondering where he disappeared to. Vic needs some sensitivity training. She's not wrong in what she says about Andy but Andy's still grieving and of course given his convictions, Robert is the last person he'd want to support in any fashion. I kinda love Chas going out of her way to protect Aaron yet still suspecting him and him being all frustrated that she doesn't believe he's innocent while acting shady af.

This makes complete sense. Everyone is so focused on who would want to kill Robert that you don't even think about Chas being the actual target. It still leaves the question of how Aaron ended up with the gun.

Aaron Fan It does, but I have no basis for this other than I woke up thinking it. I did joke a while ago about it being Cameron who set up the gun before he died, but question: did we see the body? Did Declan have anything against her? He's simply MIA. It wouldn't change things as to why Aaron had the gun. Robert gets shot, there are village people around who Aaron knows and who he may think pulled the trigger, that person tosses the gun OR Aaron finds another gun and proceeds to cover for the person he thinks shot Robert. Regardless, I do believe Aaron found A gun and is trying to keep someone out of trouble.

+michael7572 The only thing I think Declan would have against her is that she knew about Charity's abortion but the actor is working on an different show. We did see Cameron die on screen but it could be one of his kids maybe. Maybe there is no basis for your theory but if they really want a twist that makes sense to me. Everyone is so sure that the person meant to shoot Robert because he's been so vile but really someone was out for Chas and missed. You my friend are a genius. Emmerdale is looking to hire a storyliner you should apply :)

Andy is disgustuning... And Robert, well, even if he is one of the most manipulative and arrogant people (luv him though) , how the hell can someone be so much hated just because of cheating their partner... At this point very few people knew all the bad things he had done after all... Most of those things would not have even happened if other people had just left him alone and kept their nous out of it.

I really hate Aaron and Chas and their self-righteous smugness when Andy talks about Robert. I know they didn't shoot him, but they still won't own up to gaslighting Andy. It kills me to see Andy, the only innocent one in this whole mess, being lied to like this by people who claim to care about him. As for who shot Robert, my guess it's someone no one's thought about.
