When I enter the factory code it works turns green but when I go to turn the nob the middle flashes red 3 times and won’t open.

The fingerprint function of this safe allows any fingerprint to open it. It's just a light that opens the safe. There is no way to "store" a fingerprint. Any fingerprint works, even if you follow the instructions.

Have 2 of these safes. Can’t find the keys for one. We tried to set it up placing 4 batteries in the outside box and 4 batteries inside the safe door locked it with the box I placed 4 batteries in tried to open with factory set code and now won’t open. There are 3 lights on one yellow, one red and one green. Won’t open or let me use the factory code 1234# even to open. Can anyone help me to get this open? Still trying to locate the 2 exterior keys.

Good morning this is me Frank Elam I contacted you last week informing you that I lost the keys to my safe. Is it possible that I could buy another set of keys and also that battery pack to open up the safe and I need the owners manual also thank you.

Mysafe does not work it stays unlocked it will not lock can someone tell me who won need to contact preferably a phone number thanks

My safe doesn’t work anymore.. my finger print doesn’t work, my code doesn’t work. Only the key.. when I put in my thumb it lights up green but the lock doesn’t open anymore and the red light comes on.. I tried resetting the safe and that still didn’t help

Same here only all my contents are locked inside. I hear they have terrible customer service and no option to speak to someone by phone. I want to open this safe in a non damaging manner. It it appears that might be the only option especially if we are over the 90 day warranty. I wonder if I can get in using the factory code after buying another battery pack off Amazon. Would anyone know if that would work? This would also mean anyone could get into this safe with the same method. SMH

Try opening the safe with key provided then change the batteries Worked for me

Despite my experience with hardware & attaching objects to walls, floors, & ceilings the sleeves have me baffled. They are not expanding wall or floor anchors. The slots cut into the ends suggest the end would compress a bit, but why? The bolts are too short to pass lengthwise thru a wall stud, assuming you have access to begin with. They seem to be too long for use on a typical wood floor & they're only partially threaded with a smooth head--no slots for a screwdriver & how would U get access to BOTH ends? I'll have to call them or research this. Otherwise this tutorial is OK.

Agree - I'm totally baffled! I was hoping to install this weekend now I'm SOL. Pretty annoyed that they had no viable instructions for anything. At least there was this video for the basics. But nothing on how to bold down - which is one of the most important things!

@@kc4091 Well,after 3 mos., the safe is still sitting by my desk; one of about 5 projects I have yet to complete. I have NOT looked for other/best fasteners to use. I watched a bunch of install vids, but w/my lousy memory, I'd have to rewatch them. I was trying to p/u some ideas from them, even the ones that were about the big, honking floor units. I am SURE that CONCEALMENT is SUPER important for smaller safes after watching some of those vids. SOME ARE EXTREME-LY clever and complicated. Security is the next concern if your safe is found: The mounting, and then the strength of the safe against break-in. I'd say that preventing access to the sides, & back of the safe, & then the back side of the fastener (like the nut or?) is VERY IMPORTANT. I'm resigned to the fact that sawing or drilling could possibly defeat the safe. I wonder if one of those weird headed bolts/screws that require a special tool to install/ remove would work. Or if you use a lag bolt & then round off the head? Well, I did get long winded, but there's alot to consider. Good luck. If I make any brilliant discoveries, I'll try to pass them on to you.

@@williamonderlinde5068 haha thanks please do and likewise! Did you try contacting them about it? I'm a bit paranoid about the safe because if it's found and not properly secured in place, entire purpose defeated and worse than not having a safe at all. I know someone who's very large safe was stolen. May have not been properly bolted down. Have you tried asking in a hardware store? But I get the multiple projects. I've got limited time to spend on this myself. I did read that if bolting to wall should be bolted to studs which makes sense.
