I LOVE Sean's shirt that says "dancers are athletes" because it is so true. I dance about 15 hours a week and it's tough. I hate that dancing isn't considered a sport. I mean, when a football player gets hurt he can't play. He has to wait to be healed. I danced on a nearly broken toe for a whole month and it didn't heal quickly but it did eventually. It was very painful but I struggled through and still danced to my fullest potential. People think dancing is sooo easy but it isn't. We aren't born flexible and we don't just automatically know how to do leaps and turns. It takes skill and its very difficult at times. But most non dancers just don't understand. I feel like the dance world needs more recognition and respect.

agreed!!! I've been dancing on a messed up and painful knee for 5 years and when I was on a company in middle school, I sprained my ankle and was supposed to be off of it for 6 weeks but was only off for about one week because I didn't want to get behind. I also "sprained" my wrist last summer and continued using it and did pushups on it although it turned out I fractured it (and it didn't heal right). try asking any other "athlete" to do continue on a sprained or fractured whatever and they would look at you like your crazy.

Hinehinaotelangi Toki uhhh if you're doing ballet you HAVE to be flexible. If you do any type of technical dancing you have to be flexible. I know because I am on a competition dance team and we do ballet, jazz, lyrical and all of that and in order to be on a competition dance team you have to be flexible. They won't let you on the team if your not flexible. But if you're doing hip hop you don't have to flexible because there is no technique involved in hip hop. And when I said dancers I meant technical dancers, meaning the ones who do dancing that involves technique such as leaps and turns and stuff like that.

indiwindixo describing hip hop dancers as "not technical dancers" is a crime . Maybe you should revise your perception of "technique" because technique is not about " leaps and turns" at all. And talking about hip hop is way too vast. Hip hop brings popping locking bboying crumping etc... together and mastering that or even all of that is extremely technical. also keep in mind that this is a kinda dance that is inspired by many other dancing's movements from other styles which also testify of the complexity of hip hop.

I've noticed that when Will dances with other people he kind of slows his talent down to let the other dancers he's dancing with showcase their talent, and when he dances alone he goes all out and steps his own game up. I may just be seeing things but I've seen it in almost all of his recent videos. I'm not complaining, it's actually quite awesome (:

De4dByD4wn I agree. I love the diversity of styles in this group. I believe Delaney is a more technical dancer so her moves are always sharp and clean. It doesn't hurt that she has a great presence too. Dom and Brittanie are my favorites, but I have to admit that Delaney excelled well in this dance. This is one of the best she's done along with the trap dance Will had released.
