Thank you 🙏, the meaning of this market is: As I asked auntie who is the villager there , she said she heard it from her mother who told her the story of it : back in the very long time ago when the military fight with the enemy and they were ran up to here then stop fighting . Every time military came here to this place they were stopped fighting. Since that time people here name this market is 10 chicken ( Phsar Mun Dub ).

What you ate is not Vietnamese Banh Xeo. It is Khmer Banchiao, and I like the Khmer Banchiao than the Vietnamese Banh Xeo. Khmer Banchiao has a cruncher shell and usually served with more herbs... 😃
