How long is the lease, i know westerners can buy but obviously the land is leased how long is this? Hello sir. As this is a condo, the land is not leased, but owned by the Condominium Corporation. As a unit owner, you become a member of the Condo Corp and as such, an indirect owner of an unallocated part of the grounds of the resort. So there is no time limit on this ownership. The covered parking area is just 20 meters from the condo unit.
