"১৯-২০ হবে না" এগুলো ভিডিও তে বলা ই সম্ভব। গত বৃহস্পতিবার ২য় ধাপে খওয়ার সময় মরগ মক্খন আর গার্লিক নান ওর্ডার করি। ওয়েটার শুধু গার্লিক নান নিয়ে আসে আর বলে মোরগ মাক্খান শেষ (অনেক রিকোয়েস্ট করলাম একটু ম্যানেজ করে দেন, প্রায় ২ ঘন্টা সিরিয়াল এর পর এসেছি)। যাইহোক পরে বাধ্য হয়ে ই নেহারি ওর্ডার করলাম (যোদিও নেহারি তেমন পছন্দ না)। এরপর খেয়াল করলাম পেছনের টেবিল গুলো থেকে মোরগ মাক্খান ওর্ডার নিচ্ছে। আমি ওনাকে ডাক দিয়ে বললাম ভাই আমাকে কেন দিলেন না। উনি বললো বেশি চাপ থাকলে নাকি ২য় বার মোরগ মাক্খান দেওয়া নিষেধ করেছেন ম্যানেজার। বললাম যেহেতু ২ টা একসাথে ওর্ডার করেছি তাহলে নান কেনো অনলেন। এর পর সিরিয়ালের অনিয়ম তো আছে ই।

Bangladesh e jei food business gula survived, they have always kept their quality the same from the beginning. American Burger is a prime example of this. This brand has survived and kept it pure since the beginning. Restaurant business is one of the hardest to survive and in Bangladesh its a major opportunity because we cant really explore any cuisine properly here. So instead of just copy pasting people should explore other options because you can make shit tons of money in different cuisines.

আসসালামু আলাইকুম প্রিয় ভাইসকল। আমি অনেকদিন হয় হোম মেইড ফুড সেল করেছি। কর্পোরেট লাঞ্চ ও দিয়েছি বর্তমানে বন্ধ। কিন্তু আমার বর গত ডিসেম্বরে রিটায়ারমেন্টে গিয়েছেন। আমি বলেছিলাম চলো আমরা ফ্রিল্যান্সিং করি। কিন্তু সে করবে হোম মেইড ফুড বিজনেস । আমার একটা পেইজ আছে, উনি বলেছেন আমার পেইজে সবাইকে জানিয়ে পোস্ট দিতে। এখন কি করনীয় বুঝতে পারছিনা। যাক আমার বরের সিগনেচার আইটেম হলো কাচ্চি বিরিয়ানি,আমার সিগনেচার আইটেম বাংলা খাবার, পুরোনো ঢাকার বিরিয়ানি আইটেম, তেহারী ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি। অনেক লেখার ইচ্ছে ছিলো কিন্তু লম্বা ইতিহাস। একটু হেল্প লাগবে। আমার ছোট ছেলের নামও শাফিন, ও মালয়েশিয়া স্কিলড জব করছে। শাফিনের কথার সাথে আমার অনেক কথা মিলে যায়। আপনারা আমাদের কিছু রান্না খেলে বুঝতে পারবেন, কেমন হয়েছে। একটু হেল্প চাই। কারণ আমার উদ্দেশ্য হলো একটা এতিমখানার জন্য এবং একটা ডেফ্থ স্কুলের জন্য কিছু একটা করা। এই আমার স্বপ্ন। আমি হেল্প চাই, একজন রিসেলার খুঁজছি। ফি আমানিল্লাহ।
