Robert, is it common to draw in colours for DA and CC approvals? And are builders ok with colour drawings? Thanks again for the content!

It's not to Australian Standard, but most architectural detailing isn't covered by the AS anyway. It is becoming more common in industry standard, and in product literature. As long as the colour isn't essential (the drawing still works if photocopied in B&W), then adding colour just makes it easier to read. I have never had a builder complian about the addition of colour. It generally makes it easier for everyone to understand, especially home owners who are generally not as expereinced at reading Architectural Documentation.
