the hardest difficulty where you have 1 hp is called daredevil which is probably a mario galaxy reference because of the daredevil comets where you have 1 hp.

Yeah, I also felt the movement and level design would be great for speedruns (enough to do a couple myself) Would definitely recommend watching a run of the game once you beat it.

Yea you should definitely play donkey Kong country tropical freeze, it’s one of my favorite 2d platformers, and most of the water levels are actually good lmao
