hmmm not okay with the H attribution method Doesn't work with a general molecule, only in this molecule For an example you should start with a H-H correlation even if not necessary

The ethyl ester and methyl ester example. We can distinguish them in the first step itself. That the peak at 4 is a quartet, hence it has to be ethyl ester. Nice, explanations. Thanks !.

the methyl ester can also produce a quartet (CH2 on the left coupled to CH3 adjacent to it)
