I like Traxxas stuff , I have several trx4m but this was a lazy release. Big tires on an existing platform . They could have at least made it with open diffs and decent power.

To be clear and a lot of people look through the fog. The trx4mt is a throwback to OG Bigfoot monster truck. The original that was dang near exactly like that. The Chevy body is just for the Chevy lovers. To compare the mt against the losi would be literally sitting the now day tube chassis grave digger next to a hard body big block blown motor. The Bigfoot stickers are a separate kit.

I love the Mini LMT but the Old Skool Monster Truck LOOK is the old Ford and Chevy bodies. That tool sucks but they should’ve made it faster. I put a Two speed smasher transmission in my TRX4m so it’s more capable. But in the end… I’m a BIGFOOT fan. So I like the way it Looks. Interested in the injora parts because I am using mb100 with the FMS speed motor trans setup.

I have the max smasher high speed motor with the Traxxas high speed gears and pinion with I think 12% overdrive steel helical gears in my trx4m high trail I burned up the Traxxas electronics so I put a injora esc and flysky radio it's pretty good now kinda to much lol

I just received a set of the 4mt frame rails, I think they have potential for a long travel rock bouncer/hill climb kind of build. Having the trans dropped/front and rear rails higher, however you wanna put it, you could run longer shocks without the whole thing being sky high. Gonna slap a lightweight lexan body on it and steal the cedar motor with trail gears on 3s from my tarantula build.

The losi is a new school modern monster truck replica. The traxxas is a old school early 80's monster truck. Crush cars, mud bog runs, sled pulls. Old style of trucks, yes speed gears should have been included but its perfect for what it was designed after

Don’t forget about the 2821-port. Such a nice part to have to storage it. And charge it better. With a ex peaks. If they oil filled them all then it would be way to stiff all though if you did 20w it maybe okay. Speed gears for $5 and send it! Pair it with overdrive diff gears for more speed.

Speed gears give you more boy like 2mph more so don’t go for that, it’s pretty much worthless

I don’t think they piled half of them because they didn’t want the shocks to be too stiff? Just an idea, it’s really weird to see that. They could’ve at least included the bladder with the unfilled ones

That's got potential - I put a MOFO BAM in one of my trx4M builds with the speed gears and it's insane. That BAM in one of these MTs would be a skate park king

They are hard to come by anymore. They are flywheels stunt ramps. I got mine off Amazon but I can’t find them hardly anywhere anymore. Seen a couple on eBay of the later ones that don’t clip together but that’s all I can find. I guess they quit making them.

A vehicle being smaller doesn’t make it faster. The Smasher is faster in high gear. The Traxxas kept up because of the taller tires. Swap the tires and see for yourself.

I don’t like Horizon so no support for their cars, no matter if they are good or not. Wish you would have shown more of the Traxxas instead of driving the Losi

I really like it, but it looks like it’s pretty slow, don’t want to get one and spend another 200 to make it fast. I would just get the LMT mini monster truck. Here watching 9:43 PM Friday yay it’s Friday. Then watching The beat the creek videos. I’m hoping to make it there next year would be so cool.👍👍😎
