those monsters in beginning are boss zombies part of starvation mod!! There is 3 different kinds each one has a different ability!! 1. Parasite boss (spawns litle parasite minions 2. Crusher Boss able to crush through walls quickly 3. Don't remember name of third boss but if see a big guy with lightning bolts that guy brings back the zombies you've killed at the time!! That monster in the beginning of video was a parasite boss..
