Honestly can’t say enough amazing things about Vessi 👟 Yeah, we are so grateful there are ma’am mandates in place here-if not, things could have been reeeal bad, since Seoul is very densely populated. Super super love the autumn season. Just looking at some of the yellow foliage makes me want to cry.............I vow to be back in Korea next fall. PS It is still mandatory for us to be masked up when we venture outside even though we had attainted more than 80% population vaccination rate a few months ago. It has been almost 2 years (since Feb 2020) since we first masked up......... but looking at the positive side most of us do not get sick (common cold especially) as often as when we were unmasked previously. Enjoy your wonderful fall season ! From Singapore

Super easy to do. Peel and cut apples and put in bottom of casserole dish or pie plate. You can mix one to one brown sugar and flour or as Sarah did, do half oats and half flour. I also add in cinnamon. Then cut in some butter to make it crumbly. Throw that on top of apples and bake in 350 degree farenheit oven for an hour or so. Certain apples are best. Ones that break down a little when cooked like Jonathan's or Macintosh. I've been using apples that I can pick from trees that no one else wants because of the way they look.

Sorry about the continued gut problems. Recent research has targeted carbohydrates as the root cause of most gut diseases. An elimination diet will provide relief. Eliminate all foods but fish, meat, cheese and eggs for about a month or so and you'll feel much better. If so you can then reintroduce healthy low carb foods like kim chee, asparagus, etc. to see if you can tolerate them. Dr. Berry explains - kzbin.info/www/bejne/f5zQeZ6Vh6atbLs

Comment is a bit TMI but hope it might funnel down your results. I was actually struggling with digestive problems for the past year. Finally went to the doctor and they took a stool test and I found out I had a c.diff infection. This could happen to anyone really - could be from a toilet that had c.diff spores from someone who used it beforehand to taking too many antibiotics that killed your gut flora, allowing the c.diff bacteria to take over. Apparently a lot of doctors don't immediately think about this infection and don't test your stool to find this out. If this is the case with you, maybe you should ask the doctor about it.
@2hearts1seoul3 жыл бұрын
Not TMI at all-and thank you for this, it’s very helpful! I’ll definitely keep that in mind if we need more testing!

I would keep your masks on even outside. Delta causes break through infections even with two vaccinations. Although things are slowly improving in Western Canada with vaccination, it was the taking off of masks and reducing public health restrictions that really was the reason for the fourth wave here even with more than 75 percent of the eligible population having two sHots.I wIsh I could say the death rate is going down, but it isn’t. The west has more than 3 times the death rate than the rest of the more populated parts of Canada. What hurts the most is small children who are not eligible yet are getting so sick and pregnant woman who were scared to take the vaccine are dying. I know people get so exhausted of the restrictions, but it’s so important to follow them even if vaccinated.

We have no issues wearing masks outside in area where there are a lot of people around. We just hope that we’ll be able to take them off while biking, walking on a nature path etc. Basically places and activities where you’re at least several meters away from other people. Western Canada had a lot of pushback with the vaccines and mask mandates in the first place, and they lifted mask mandates far too early (including in indoor areas I believe), which is likely why their numbers have been so high.
