I never realized how much time I wasted until I started using the Pomodoro technique. It's amazing how much more I can accomplish when I break my study time into manageable chunks. Definitely a must-try for anyone struggling with procrastination!

Hello I really like your videos it helps me study and avoid procrastination. Not that I understand what you study but I can tell your notes are super organised and helpful in exams. This is me trying getting out of the cycle of procrastination. I have less than two months left until my final exams, I am in my first year of medicine and I completely lost myself, I have less than two months and I don't want to lose my year or my scholarship. Please don't pay attention, I just needed to vent. I will return to comment if the year passes or not :)
