Start the work and when ever you notice you are distracted remove the distraction and take a very deep breadth and catch up on the work again do till you naturally can focus

When I can't focus on study, I usually change the subject to easier one. When I get used to studying with the easy subject, I change to a difficult subject. Hope this could help you!!😉💗💕
