If you are using an eBay intake I cannot stress this enough - check your injector fitment for up/down movement. I did not have a tight fit and almost burnt my car down when it blew out an o-ring. I had to grind down the included mounting hardware to get a tight fit on my injectors.

@@CopyCat_SRT No, tightening it more won’t help. I bought a OEM rail that was powder coated and ran into a similar issue for some odd reason. Either the rail was slightly warped, which I couldn’t see. Or the powder coat was thicker in certain areas, causing a slight fuel leak. And the folks no surprises. The factory injector rail hold down plates, there’s three. Suck. They should have redesigned it with a couple more screw mounting areas.

Run 2x on 2x 2j's now....both held over 35psi 700hp+. No complaints.

No, I used the included fuel rail but had to grind down the spacers included to make it properly. Do not run this without checking that the injectors are seated properly.

I msgd DeepMotor about max PSI they rate it for. They replied "under 30psi". That's a little disconcerting, as I'll be pushing 35 to 40psi, built engine/head, cams, big turbo, e85, etc. I read some of the comments, and sounds like it could be a gamble, higher than 2bar. Opinions? Playing with fire? What kind of bracing did people use to strengthen their's, as mentioned in one comment. $2k for the higher tier intakes seems like a ripoff for such a low tech piece of equipment, like IC's...

It’s been great. It’s definitely not needed for that power level, but I can understand not wanting the NA manifold. You will probably lose some bottom end power.

Do you know if it's the vvti or non-vvti TPS that works on these? They're different part numbers, I think one rotates backwards or something.

I don’t think it matters. My VVTI one fit, but I ended up changing to a GM TPS for more clearance between the manifold and fuse box in my MKIV.

A fair amount of these crack the welds on the top 600+ whp 27+ psi. Not saying that they all do but ive seen two in person already

@@BMXAndy1994 yeah it's more to do with the weight/heat not particularly boost pressure. Have seen them be rewelded and braces added and they don't fail again. One of the companies over here did some dyno testing and found one of the China intakes actually lost power compared to stock.
