Bro, the Khandala you passed through is a different Khandala, the one in the song is Lonavla Khandala vala Khandala 😅 I am from Pune, your trip to Pawana was a very good decision and winters is the best time to visit, there is another road which goes to Pawana, it's on an exit from Mumbai Pune Highway, all the best for your journey. 👌👍

The Ghat is called Khambatki ghat not Khandala. Khandala and Lonavala are between Mumbai and Pune. Also Mumbai to Goa is a different which cuts across from Panvel.

Nice! I'm glad you went via Nipani / Amboli Ghat. This is traditionally the default route to go from Pune to Goa. Good amount of traffic on this route so you will get help if needed. The Belgaum route is a long cut and you will go via a lonely forest road. Not recommended!

Bahut hi aaram se chalaye aap ne bike Goa tak. I usually plan to leave by 7am or 8am and reach South Goa by 6pm max. Avoid driving in the dark. It's a good thing that you avoided the Belgaum route.

This is not main Bombay to Goa highway. The main route is through Sindhudurg and Ratnagiri. The highway is under construction from last 10 years but if you visit Ratnagiri you will forget Goa.

Bro, repair work has started on Belgaum-Goa road via Chorla ghat and is targeted to complete in next 2-3 months. Most bikers use this road because it is the best.

Bombay to Goa a dedicated, famous road is not this, the one goes via Pune. It's different which goes costal from konkan area. Although this route, Mumbai Bangluru road is also good and the road is very nice for biking and car enthusiasts. This Khandala is not that Khandala in the song, rather it's towards Mumbai from Pune, towards Lonawala
