The park isn’t nearly as booming as it use to be and playing in the city is often delayed as fuck. The affiliations are heavily tied to park so if the park isn’t top toe anymore then affiliations start to matter less and less

The Battle Pass was and still is a great idea. But when you turn it into the easiest rep system of all time and completely remove rookie to legend..... its not executed right. The parrot would of been a great reward for legend if it replaced the blimp/helicopter, but when you remove the competitive reward completely (the extra badges) and its just the parrot......not executed right again. The game is at a stale state due to the fact of how it's played and not the content. There's a lot of content in the game in each season but to reach them you have to grind the game or play for 2 hrs a day to get the rewards you want This grind isn't bad but the community has changed the past 3 years where the new player base is constantly trying to find the best build possible. Which has been done every year but now people are emphasizing it and using it. 2K15 2K16 and 2k17 are all examples of everyone creating their own build and having fun and watching a content creator on an OP build but not making it. 2k19 everybody had a playmaking/shooter but then saw the potential in a two-way slashing playmaker and everybody started to make the switch For the past 3 years everybody makes their build gives it 4 days and then finds the best build in the game and then use it for the rest of the year.

I still dont see how after the updates from season 1 to 5 how 2k took a decent game that needed a few tweaks and completely went wayyy off course and ended up with 2k21 next gen gameplay... I've noticed how on current gen finishers got the short end of the Stick no appreciation day yet! Defender's we're 1st Then Shooter's Then Playmakers Then back to Defender's.
