2kg Sleep system and Hammock Backpacking Setup

Here's what I've recently taken for 4 nights into the Victorian Alps in June (not July as I say in the video, was a bit smashed, big morning). I've used this setup since 2010 as low as -9°C and been toasty warm.

-9C? I'd be dead. I'm a tropical boy. When it goes below 25 I am getting ready for the jumper. I'm in Brisbane at the moment and it has been getting down to 7C at night here and my home is an 18-foot caravan. I run a space heater but use a gas cooker to get the temp up quick when I get home at night (I work a late shift). If it's not above 20C it's too cold for me LOL. Right now it's about 13C outside but probably 26-28 inside. I'm sitting in jeans no shirt no socks. Yerp, I'm a cold wimp.

They are Black Diamond Distance Z Poles, fixed 105cm length. Had them for years, worn out a set of tips. They are fantastic.
