Speaking of affording stuff and finding a way... My husband used to get me See's chocolates at Christmas/Birthday (4 days apart), Valentine's Day, our anniversary (August), etc. See's goes for around $32.50 a pound box right now. Christmas/Bday requires a 2 pounder because it's a double event, right? That's $65. I ordered myself (1st time) 6 Keto Bricks, which - with the seasonal discount - was $64.80. To me, that's not necessary to justify... That's a savings. And postage, etc? We save so much on that in other ways, occasionally paying shipping is a non-issue (to me). Anyhoot... (Pardon the eclipse-addiction...) My husband asked me what I ordered and what it was for. I said, "Keto Bricks, with a delicious discount, to replace the See's you won't be buying for me." He smiled and said, "Merry Christmas." Gotta luv a funny man!❤😊

Actually washing cast iron is fine. Just reseason once dry. Been doing that for 40 years as I only have cast iron skillets.
