We can't because they don't have a country and I think at this point the ones that are there need to be moved to other Muslim countries. Unfortunately, we can't strip anybody of citizenship, but there certainly is a lesson here about how badly we need to protect our border, and whether we need to give some consideration to how we select citizens. I think it's disgusting that these people aren't out, protesting the Americans, who were killed over the weekend or protesting to demand the release of the American hostages, but rather they're protesting for the people who committed those atrocities. It's truly terrifying.

Under the law, much of that territory is stateless lands that yes were intended for a Palestinian state but it is not "Palestinian land," because it every turn the Palestinians rejected it. There now demanding the 1948 lines because they know that ship has sailed, which is why are you always hear reporters referring to it as "contested lands," since that is exactly what it is and the longer they hold a particular area the more it would be hard to argue that they don't have adverse possession rights since they will have taken barren land, and developed it into something of value. I would also remind you that the Israelis have given up land for peace and struck peace accords with any number of other Arab populations, with no problem, which is what they were trying to do with the Palestinians in giving up Gaza but unfortunately, the Palestinians have never been even close to being a valid partner in the peace process.
